What is your Return Policy?
Unopened products still in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
If there is a fault with any product, we can send it back to the manufacturer for review. No refunds are rendered for services already performed. If you have a concern, please contact us immediately.
What is your Cancellation Policy ?
Cancellation fee is $75 for less than 24 hour notice to change or cancel an appointment.
How do I prepare for my treatment?
You will want to make sure to avoid scrubs, alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs), benzoyl peroxide, retinols, or any topical prescriptions at least 5 days prior to your appointment. Also, kindly avoid facial waxing within a week of your appointment and injectables within two weeks of your appointment.
What is your Shipping Policy?
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What should I book?
First time guests are always welcomed to book a complimentary consultation to determine which treatment will be best. The Essentials Facial is always a safe choice as well.
